FEDANT CPD Course Accreditation is for organisations and individuals providing continuing professional development to FEDANT registrants and professionals working in relevant fields.

Accreditation provides recognition that the submitted CPD course has been assessed against FEDANT’s applicable education, safety and quality standards and supports relevant, responsible professional learning.

What Is CPD Course Accreditation?

CPD Course Accreditation is available for courses intended to update knowledge, develop skills or support professional practice. Subjects may include practice management, relevant clinical updates, business development and sector specific developments.

  • Individual educators with relevant qualifications and experience

What Accreditation Confirms

The course addresses the educational and professional needs of its intended audience.
The course is delivered by suitably qualified and experienced individuals.
Learning outcomes and appropriate assessment methods are clearly identified.
The content supports safe, ethical and evidence informed professional practice.

Delivery Formats

Courses may be delivered in person, online or through blended learning. The chosen format should be suitable for the learning outcomes, content, assessment and intended participants.

After Accreditation

A currently accredited course may be listed on the FEDANT website and may use the relevant FEDANT Accredited Course Logo with its Education Provider and CPD Course Number, subject to FEDANT’s current logo requirements.

CPD Accreditation and Professional Registration: Where a CPD course is granted current FEDANT accreditation, it will be listed on FEDANT’s accredited provider pages. FEDANT registrants who successfully complete the course may record it in their CPD log, use it towards their applicable CPD points and ask for the CPD qualification to be added to the qualifications area of their FEDANT National Register entry. Completing the CPD does not extend or change the category or categories shown on their National Register entry. Providers must describe course accreditation accurately and must not imply that participants gain personal FEDANT registration or an additional registration category through CPD completion.
